1. Please describe any transfer taxes (capital gains, stamp duties, etc) associated with any of the Polish share movements/sales
2. Please comment on any time sensitive matters that may cause share transfers to be prohibited such as the requirement for partial year financial statements or audited/certified financial statements, tax consents, elections, etc.
3. Any other items you may feel are necessary to explain.
